Maria Theresa graduated cum laude from ESCP Business School, where she studied Management with a concentration in Finance and International Business. She firmly believes that a tech-driven education is our best bet for empowerment while striving for national development. Through STEM IN A BOX, her team is committed to distributing robots assembled from electrical trash and cardboard in Latin America and Africa.

Sophiyat advocates for women and youth, encouraging girls in her community to follow STEM-related careers by teaching them essential ICT use and principles of electricity. She studies Computer Science at the Lagos State University and currently serves on the Girl Advisory Council at the Women Technology Empowerment Centre. Ms. Sadiq received the Under 25 Social Innovators Ideation Hub Africa Award in the coding girls’ category. She is our Regional Representative in Nigeria led our first pilot testing rounds in her community reaching 75 girls.

Samuel is a Theology and Community Development student dedicated to supporting refugees and people affected by crises. Through STEM IN A BOX, he hopes to empower fellow young refugees helping them to achieve financial independence and livelihood opportunities. He holds a Project Management certification from Kenya College of Commerce and a Community and Business Development Certificate from Gonzanga University.

Given is an enthusiastic entrepreneur and holds a degree in Program Planning and Management from the East Africa Institute for Social Science. As the founder of Dream Production, he believes the change we want to see in the world starts by creating opportunities for youth aimed at social and economic development. Furthermore, he considers a tech-driven education not only upgrades the learning system in Africa but empowers the underprivileged so they can access their right to education.

Rachel Atim is a Lawyer and advocates for protecting human rights amidst war, economic crisis, and weaknesses in the educational system brought up by the unstable political conditions in South Sudan. As a workshop facilitator and member of the Dream Production team, she hopes to ensure that a tech-driven education is introduced and achieved in her beautiful and youngest nation of Africa.

Espoir A. Kaposho is the Sectretary of Kalobeyei Innitiative 4 Better Life. He is passionate for community development and engineering. He holds a a diploma in project management and a certificate of grade1 in Electricity.

Kaposho Mapenzi Akso graduated from Nation Christian University with a Bachelor's in Bible Study, Community Development, and Outreach. As a young refugee himself, he strongly believes that youth have the potential to lead the change they want to see in their community and the world through the Educational System. As workshop facilitator and team member of KI4BLI - CBO, he aims to educate refugees from "zero to hero".
